84Zynga has dabbled with some gaming genres in the past. The most surprising move was introducing turn-based strategy (Empires and Allies) to the social gaming scene. The company’s most daring endeavor to date is the latest hidden object puzzle game called Hidden Chronicles. It seems Zynga is trying hard to compete against Gardens of Time, the only hidden object game to feature in every top 10 Facebook games list.
The game’s premise is very similar to other mystery-themed hidden object games on Facebook. But it’s the social elements that make the game more interesting. Upon receiving your ailing uncle's letter, you reach the Ramsey Manor, only to find him dead. Now it’s up to you to solve the mystery behind his sudden demise and the best way to do is to explore the mysterious mansion, solve puzzles and look for cleverly hidden hints and objects within 52 levels. Tips and Tricks
- Once the game loads completely, you will be taken to the Ramsey Manor where you will solve your first scene. Like other Zynga games, Energy plays an important role here. It is essential because it will allow you to enter hidden object scenes. Zero energy means no entry, even though you have unlocked the scene. It gets replenished every 5 minutes. You can also send or receive energy from your friends. To get more energy, you can visit your Facebook friends manor or after leveling up.
- To get more points, check the clue list at the bottom of the screen and glance over the scene to spot objects. This way you can click on the items much quicker and earn a combo. You can also take advantage of the hint system (magnifying glass plus other hints yet to be unlocked by developers) to increase your chances to unlock a combo.
- Once you’ve solved the first scene (tutorial), you will be taken to a secret room located behind the library. It is actually a rare artifact room. This room houses strange artifacts that can only be accessed by a Guardian (your uncle was a guardian and you’re a guardian too. Guardians have the power to peek into the history of an artifact he/she touches.
- Many a times you will find certain clues appear in blue color in any scene. These are “super clues” and require more than one task to complete. This means you will have to do additional tasks instead of just finding the item. For example if a super clue says “Light the Candle”. You will have to find and click on the match box first and then click on the candle to complete the task and earn points.
- You can click on the magnifying glass to get a hint. A small halo highlights the area where the object is kept hidden.
- To play bonus mini-games, you will have to find all objects quickly. They are available in select scenes and can be unlocked as a bonus once you’ve found all objects quickly. Mini-games range from challenging jigsaw puzzles or finding a certain number of coins to get more points. They are very short fun games and should not be confused with other mini games like spot the differences and Fast Find.
- Along with the hidden object puzzles, there plenty of additional mini games to play. As of now, there are three mini games: Bonus Challenge, Fast Find and Find the Difference. Of these Fast Find has some social elements infused to it. In this mini game, you can invite your FB friends to a hidden object challenge.
- Spot the difference allows you to find the differences from the given two images. You earn points when you spot all differences in the set time limit.
How to Get Clues in Hidden Chronicles?
Do not confuse “Clues” with the ones you find in hidden object scenes. They are totally different and usually help you unlock expansion areas.
Tip 1: Get Clues from Friends
1. Ask for clues from your Facebook friends. To request them, click on the locked area.
2. A new window will pop up. It will explain some prerequisites to unlock the area, such as Earn a certain number of trophies”, “Earn coins and "Collect 4 Clues."
3. To collect clues, click on the “Post for Clues” button. Your request will go live on your Facebook wall. Your friends will be able to see the clue request shared on their Walls.
4. They will need to click on the “Send Clue” link to give you clues. For sharing a clue, they will also get one clue.
Tip 2: Buy Clues from Marketplace
1. You can also buy a pack of 5, 10 and 20 clues from the market
2. Access the Marketplace. Click on the Clue icon.
3. A pack of 5 clues costs 9 estate cash, whereas a pack of 10 clues costs 17 estate cash and 20 clues costs 32 cash.
Hiding and Finding Secret Packages in Hidden Chronicles
Hiding Packages
1. To place a secret package on your Facebook neighbor’s estate, click on your FB neighbor’s profile pic located at the bottom of the screen. For visiting your friend’s estate you get rewards. This can be coins, energy and reputation points. So do visit your friends frequently.
2. Click on the Hide a Package link.
3. The package is olive green in color and looks like a travelling chest.
4. Now click on the area of your choice to place the package. Make sure you place them in unlocked areas, i.e. areas that lighten up. The game says that you will have to place the secret package within the manor.
5. After placing the package, click on the Send button.
Finding Secret Packages
1. If someone sends a package, you will be notified. Check the notifications. Alternatively, you can click on the small white envelope located on the right hand side of the screen (check out the screenshots)
2. Accept the notification.
3. Now you will have to find the package hidden by your Facebook friend. You can easily find it as it will be somewhere within the Ramsey estate and not far away. Click on the package, and then click on Open and Thank you to accept it.

How to Earn Bonus Points in Hidden Chronicles?
When finding hidden items in a scene, players won’t have to worry about any time limit. They can find objects at their comfort and earn points and rewards. This means there isn’t any timer, unlike the Fast Find Puzzle Challenge mini-game, which allows players to find all items in 60 seconds.
However, there’s a small bonus combo bar located at the top-right corner of the screen. This bar appears when players click on the first item. The combo bar allows gamers to earn extra points. In order to earn points, they have to click on items rapidly before the bar empties. Here are some simple tricks to earn bonus points in Hidden Chronicles:
1. When you enter a hidden object scene, glance over the clues at the bottom of the screen.
2. Do not jump in and start clicking on items. Make a note of all items mentally. Once you’re confident that you’ve found all items after scanning the scene, you can proceed.
3. Once you click the first item, you trigger the Bonus meter on the top-right corner of the screen. Since you have marked up all items in your mind, it will be easy for you to click on them quickly before the bonus meter gets empty. This will allow you to earn plenty of extra points. What’s more, you also earn mastery trophy.

The more a player completes quests, the more the chances he has to earn coins. This allows him to unlock new hidden object scenes to uncover the mystery of the haunted manor. Each new level will have more challenging hidden object scenes.
The one gripe I have is the insufficient social elements added to the game. The level of interaction between players is very limited and hence it is projected more as a single-player hidden object game than a social game. But that absolutely does not diminish its gameplay value. It offers the same level of excitement as other similar-genre games. Here are some key Hidden Chronicles hints and tips to earn coins and estate cash.
- The faster you find all objects, the more items you will unlock. Unlocked items such statues, flower patches, light posts and other decorations can then be used to decorate the estate (main screen). Placing items on the yard not only increases points but also allow you to unlock more scenes.
- For every completed scene you earn coins, which can then be used to buy items from the marketplace.
- Locked scenes require players to earn Estate Points (EP) and unlock them. EPs can be earned by placing items on the yard in the front of the manor in the main menu screen. To place items, navigate to the Marketplace (silver shield) and click on the items to buy them. Make sure you’ve enough coins. You can get coins and cash by clicking on the Earn Coins and Cash at the top of the screen and doing certain tasks like completing surveys, purchasing software and shopping via major retail brands.
- You can also buy coins and estate cash via your mobile phone. To do this, click on Add Coins and Cash and choose the option to buy coins.
- Invite friends first to ensure you complete the initial objectives quickly. Invite more neighbors and see how quickly you complete the objectives. Inviting FB buddies also helps unlock the Fast Find mini game.
Game Interface
Hidden Chronicles has everything a hidden object should have - Splendid visuals, great attention to detail and plenty of challenging puzzles to solve. The game tests your pixel-hunting skills and memory to hunt down thousands of objects cleverly hidden within gorgeous scenes. Social elements allow players to send secret gifts to their FB buddies. What’s more, they can challenge them to locate all objects within a set time.
- Currently, the game has 50 levels, which means you will have plenty of scenes to unlock and solve puzzles.
- · Like Gardens of Time, Hidden Chronicles allows casual gamers to decorate their yard outside the manor with unlocked items and decorations.
To the right hand side of the screen are key gameplay elements:
- · The Inventory icon (chest) allows players to keep energy gifts and key components.
- · The Marketplace (Silver Shield icon) is the one stop shop to purchase reputation hearts, coins and cash.
- · System Tools (gear icon) allows players to tweak settings, turn on/off game sounds and music, zoom in/out and play in full screen.
- · The Toolbar (yellow arrow icon) lets players move an object in the main screen, sell items and rotate them.
I am sure you have played a few hidden object games before. If you’re a newbie player, all you have to know is the objective. You will have to find objects that lay cleverly hidden in every scene. Each hidden item found earns you points. Combos can be earned by finding items in a row. You earn more points if you find all items without using the hint system. The lesser hints you use, the more bonus points you earn.
Miscellaneous Tips to Improve Your Hidden Object Skills
- When playing the Find the Difference mini game, make sure you click the items immediately after spotting the difference. The more quickly you find them, the better the chances of earning more points. Points are based on getting combos and spotting all differences accurately without clicking on the wrong items.
- Expand land in order to place more objects. You can request your neighbors for Grants and acquire them as soon as possible.
- To see all artifacts unlocked, you will have to access the map. In the main menu screen, click on the manor and click on the map located at the top-right corner of the screen. Once the map opens up, you will

- Some items take time to complete. After placing them, you’ll have to wait for certain structures to get completed.
- You can visit your neighbors daily and throw a quickie hidden object challenge. You can also keep a secret surprise gift in his/her lawn.

Hi Jilliane,
I don't think there's an option to change the name of Ramsey Manor right now. May be there will be one after a small upgrade. You will notice a telescope-like tool at the bottom-right corner of the screen. It will be unlocked soon after the developers decide to upgrade Hidden Chronicles. By that time we might get to see some fix to change the name of the Manor

On the bottom right corner of the screen you will find the "Tools" menu (Yellow arrow). Click on this menu and choose "Move". Now click on the flower patch and move them where you want to.

I've been notified that I have secret packages placed by neighbors, but I haven't seen any. Are they automatically added to my inventory, or do I have to find them? and how?

After getting a notification about secret packages hidden by your neighbors, click on Accept. Do not check your inventory. You will have to find those secret packages. They must be scattered around the Ramsey manor. (Note: Secret packages are greenish boxes/suitcases.)
My friend sent me a secret package and I had to find one. I then clicked on the green box that was hidden by my neighbor near the pavement. I had to click on open and I got my gift. Hope this tip helps.

After completing the first scene. You will have to place some items near the Manor to unlock the Paris Bistro scene. To do this, click on the Marketplace, buy an item and place it anywhere near the manor.
My screen is also truncated on each side and the tools option is unaccessible, F11 does not solve this issue. Is there a way to turn on the game's full-screen option if you can't access the options tool panel? This problem also affects other aspects of the game: can't close out of pop-up windows,
If your screen gets truncated and you can't access the tools option (can't use full screen option) just hold down ctrl and tap (+) until your screen is large enough for the tools menu to be visible.

I keep getting facebook requests from friends that say they have sent me items or they need help with something in Hidden Chronicles, but I can't find the items or requests once I go to the game (unlike Gardens of Time where it pops up at me at beginning of game).
I too have only been able to 'find' one of several secret packages left by friends. (I have sent but don't know if they have been received? I can only place in the lighted areas? )I don't have much in my estate yet so where could they be? I have moved things to no avail? thoughts?

Maybe you can help me. I'm starting my game, click "begin" on welcome window, then - on the manor to enter. The lady is appearing, so I click "continue", the white window disappear, but she is still there and I can't do anything! :(
I'm having the same problem as Tarheel. I've looked at the screen shot an dthere is no envelope only the globe. as I can't get the neighbours or gifts I may have to give up on the game. I have a similar problem with some other zynga games too :(

@Bel: yes, she is supposed to move. And I am sure you've played hidden object games in the past. Every hidden object scene requires players to find objects. In Hidden Chronicles, the list of objects will be there at the bottom.
argh well she doesnt move that will be why i cant get into the artifact room! any idea how i can make her move or is it a fault

@Bel If there is a Continue button, then no need to press F5. After pressing the Continue button, the assistant explains more about the game. Please read the instructions by the assistant and do as she says and then she will go away.

@Judi I don't think there's a scrambled word mini-game in Hidden Chronicles. I may be wrong and Zynga might have added one, but I still haven't received any messages on my mail.

Right now, there is no way you can store items in the Inventory. May be Zynga developers might add this feature in the near future.
I have enough crew members to build something but nothing is happening, I have tons of gifts sent but when i click on them nothing happens, I saw the post about clicking the little envelope next to the earth symbol and I don't have an envelope there? Pleas ehelp.
Is there any way to unlock scenes without spending cash? For example "trek to the mayan temple - learn about the jade crocodile by unlocking this scene" and "go to market/finish for 11 (cash)". There's no tip how to unlock it without spending cash. And when I clik on market the scene isn't there but when I clik on manor the scene is there but I need 11 cash and 2,750 estate points. @Shez Did you solve the first scene? When you click on "Home", you will be taken to the Ramsey manor. From there, you will have to click on the Manor building to access other rooms. You will also notice quests on the right hand side of the screen.
I started to play few days ago and I wish to know how or when am I able to send all of the free gifts to people in the gift giving section? I wouldn't mind sending them +3 energy or clues.

Yes, you can unlock those gifts if you solve more scenes. The more scenes you solve, the more gifts get unlocked. That's the only way right now IMO.
@Meg I think you will have to click on one of the artifacts (the middle one) in the artifact room. Click on the library door first and you will enter the hidden artifact room. This is what I did when I first played the game. If anything does not work, then there is some glitch in the game. I too faced some glitches and I had to refresh the screen to continue. Hope the game developers will update the game soon. Also, Hidden Chronicles crashes if you have a slow Internet connection. So this might be another reason for the glitches.
@player123 No. I don't think there is any way to find items. You can however, click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left corner of the screen to know where the hidden objects are. The magnifying glass gets replenished every after few minutes, so you can use it again.
There is a definite glitch with the Secret Packages. Sometimes I can 'accept' them and it works, other times, NO! You can't refresh, reload, nothing. It simply is NOT there. Some of these problems mentioned sound like you may have the browser settings too restrictive. I have also discovered that Google Chrome seems to work much better with this game than Explorer.
The developers absolutely need to iron out some problems. When you make a request for clues, a message should go to all your neighbors, not just your news feed. With the new TIMELINE they are hard to find on friends pages, if at all.
I'm about to decide to spend the cash I have, get as far as I can and ditch the games.
You can only ask for helps from Neighbors/friends once a day?? Unless you have countless neighbors it can take days to acquire enough construction help to complete some of the buildings/statues, et al.
I enjoy hidden object games, but this is too frustrating to be much fun anymore.
I have all these clues, but don't know what I am supposed to do with them???? I know we collect them to access some places, but there are many stored that I have collected.
How do I get the white envelop by the globe. I can't add folks to my game or receive any gifts. Please tell me how to fix this problem. Thanks in advance

Clues are just one part of the steps required to unlock locked areas around the manor. You will also have to earn a certain number of trophies and coins along with clues to unlock locked areas. Please read the “How to Get Clues in Hidden Chronicles” section of this guide.

It’s quite surprising that some players don’t have a white envelope. The white envelope icon is actually an in-game “mail box” that contains friend requests, notifications about secret packages and other goodies. When someone sends requests and secret packages, Facebook’s notification system also notifies players. So you don’t have to check that “white envelope” every time. You can check those notifications.
I have 84 gifts and I can not get them. I have No email on my screen they are just in my apps on my homepage Help
why dont hidden chron. games show in friends timelines. I've offered several suggestions to fix it such clicking the like button, subscribing to freinds feeds, and other options. None seems to work Please help!
@Deb Are you talking about secret packages? If yes, then you will have to Accept them first and then click on the secret packages to access goodies.
For free gifts, you will first have to accept them by clicking the Accept button.

i have requests for add friends as neighbours and gifts also in my apps requests which i accept. when game loads up my 'new' neighbours are not added to my game and gifts are also not added. i have no white envelope in top corner either, so something is not working! Help

1. The clues you collect depend on the number of friends you have. The more friends willing to send you clues, the more you collect. You can also buy clues via the marketplace.
2. You get one clue from a friend, who in return also gets a clue.
3. Energy gets replenished every after a few minutes (every after 5 minutes to be precise).
4. You will find every information regarding clues and energy in this guide.

When you add neighbors, a window pop-ups for your confirmation. You will have to confirm it first to add neighbors. Simply closing the pop-up window won't help it.
Regarding white envelope - that's an in-game messaging system. You can alternatively check you Facebook notifications to check for gifts.
I keep trying to place an item on the estate, but it moves and vanishes when I move the cursor. Is there a button to push when you have the spot marked?
i have accept friend neighbour and gift requests through facebook requests and they are not added

I think it's a glitch. I have successfully added two of my friends. Do one thing. Send the neighbor requests once again, let them accept. If it doesn't work, contact game developers Zynga or post your problem in the official Hidden Chronicles Facebook page.

You will have to place items and decorations *around* or *near* the estate. You will have to place them in areas where they indicate green. You cannot place items in areas indicating red. Once confirmed left-click to place the item.
Than you Anurag. I have since calculated that you get up to 5 clues for each "Post for clues". I am working on the 24 hour limit for collecting form feeds as I absolutely believe there is one.
As for increasing the CAPACITY for energy over 50, no one I have contacted has gone above that. Maybe when they open new land?

For example "trek to the mayan temple - learn about the jade crocodile by unlocking this scene" and "go to market/finish for 11 (cash)". There's no tip how to unlock it without spending cash. And when I clik on market the scene isn't there but when I clik on manor the scene is there but I need 11 cash and 2,750 estate points. Plesae help. Thanks
@Victoria Do you see the library door behind the assistant? If yes, then click on the half-opened door to enter the library, wait for instructions and click on the middle artifact.

This game is surely a bug.....the first scene from start of the game there is surely a glitch. Nobody is sure to know the solution...
My boyfriend and I are both playing but now for some reason he cannot get into the mansion. Clicking the play button on the bottom doesn't even work. He is, although able to play the secluded treehouse and challenge friends. Any idea why this is happening?

I have the same issue that Bel had... I go through to the first scene, click on all the 'ok's and 'continue's but she does not go! How do I rectify this? I have tried re-freshing many times.

@Liam Trophies are earned after a earning set number of points. For example: You the first trophy after accumulating 260,000 Points, for second trophy, accumulate 300,000 Points and so on. To earn trophies solve hidden object scenes.

How do I expand my land. I read you can ask for grants from neighbors but don't know how to do that, Help!!
After removing decoration from a section and attempting to put a tree in its place, it indicates a "RED" block and it is 'clear' from any other decoration in the vicinity. I am curious as to why an area would have "RED" blocks in lieu of "GREEN" blocks if the area is not being blocked by an existing object. Is there a parameter in which certain items won't allow others items to be placed closely?
I have also noticed when placing items, you are able to place paving after you have place an item, but not always able to place an item atop paving; ie. Footpath then Silver Trailer... yet if you place Silver Trailer then the Footpath, it works.
When I send a help request to a friend, it doesn't show up on my profile, or my notifications. People have told me that the requests never show up, otherwise they could help me. What is causing this?
I am finding this game is getting very frustrating. Never before have I played a game like this. I play for 5 minutes and then all of my energy is used. I can only use a specific amount of energy from my friends so this means I play 5 minutes, then have to close the game and come back at a later time. Very frustrating indeed and a lot of the others playing feel the same way.

Will we ever get more than 50 energy?? I really think we should. I will go thru this in 5 min. they don't let us use our energy, we are limited. without buying it which I refuse to do, I can only play for about 10 min a day! They need to cut down on how much each scene costs or give us more so we can play a little longer.
All the decorations from Valentines day, I would like to put them in inventory but I dont know how? I know to click on tools to move them around or sell them but can we not save them anywhere? Thank you :)

You cannot put those decorations on your inventory. Hidden Chronicles does not have this feature right now.

That's strange. Normally the white envelope shows notifications, when your Facebook neighbors send requests or leave a secret package. But AFAIK the Facebook notification system works pretty well. When your friends send requests, you will get notified via the Facebook's notification system, even thought you might not get notified via the games message system (white envelope.

Dear casual gamers, some of the hidden object scenes belong to the "Premium" category. These scenes can be unlocked *only* using Estate cash.
Right now, Zynga does not have any other way to unlock it. However, there are some options to earn estate cash. While playing, click on the "Earn Coins and Cash" link at the top of the screen. A pop-up window will be displayed. You will find plenty of offers and tasks. Complete offers and tasks to earn free Estate Cash.
Alternatively, you can register with GiftHulk.com and complete simple tasks such as filling surveys, watching videos and inviting friends. You will get free coins and cash once you register for free and earn cash. With the estate cash earned, you can unlock premium scenes. Hope these tips solves your problems.

Thank you for explaining the inventory of items:) Now just one more and I think I am set.....why are all those articles in the inventory, drills etc.....but you cant use them on your estate? How did they get there? Thank you again. :) I see on the energy there is a "use" under it when you can access but none of the others.

The items like drills, nail gun, tools etc. in the Inventory are used to build buildings. Simply speaking, you will need these items to build certain buildings.
Once you place a building near your estate, click on the unfinished building. A window will popup and display certain items like paint can, spackle, copper pipes, drill etc. You will have to request these items from your friends by clicking on the "Ask Friends" button. Once your friends send these gifts, they will automatically be added to your unfinished building task and the construction will be completed.
If I can't get all of the materials to build something, and have no estate cash to pay for it, can i remove it/change my mind? Or will it sit there unfinished?

No, you cannot remove/delete the unfinished building once you have placed it. You cannot sell it. Once it is complete, you can sell it, lest you change your mind.
every time I go to send a request to friends it comes up with a screen that says error and come back later. It worked at first but now I always get an error pop up. Any tips?

@LolaG complete daily quests (the ones displayed to your left), solve all scenes multiple times to earn trophies, send gifts to you friends and add more friends. *Most Important*: Decorate your estate by purchasing items from the market. This will help you earn more "Estate Points". Earning estate points help you to unlock scenes.
TIPS FOR ALL USERS WITH GLITCHES: Either refresh you page, try a new browser (IE internet explorer, Google or Firefox, all free) or uninstall and reinstall your favorite browser.
Note: When you have moved a lot of objects and items start resisting being moved (red block) refresh your page.

@ana As far as I know, Zynga games cannot be restarted. However, you can create another account and play the game.
@martin Even I found it impossible to remove inactive friends from Hidden Chronicles. I think there is no way you can delete them right now. Maybe in the future.
Hi, I have been playing this game for about 2 weeks now. I am really enjoying it, but I have come to a point where I have all the coins I need and trophies to expand my estate however it says I need clues .... 'to my understanding clues are the blue hidden objects i.e. paint ball yellow'..... I have already collected three of these because I have unlocked a section of my estate already. I have been completing levels and posting for clues and earning the clues but then when I click to explore the land it says ‘1/5 clues’ and I know that is wrong. Any tips on what I can do? I am also on my partners game but he has all the clues and he can expand his estate as soon as he gets his trophies. Is there any way he can give some to me?
@Jasmine That's strange. When you post for clues, your friends click on "Get Clue" link. For each clue they send, they receive one clue.
You can try and send clues to your Facebook neighbors, and you will receive one too. Try it. Also, the area you clicked might be the wrong area. The clues you've collected might be for another area and that area might have unlocked. (I think you are aware that clue collection is just a part of a series of tasks required to unlock a section of an area).
In F/B under apps and games is says I have 99 gifts or request in Hidden Chronicles. When I click on Accept it does not go through and none of them are remove. It kept on and on until it reached 99. Now no matter what I do I have no more or no less. What can I do to get these gifts and to send items???????
@Wendy I always go directly to the app and then accept or send requests to my friends. The in-game message system will certainly store all gifts you've received. Just click on the white envelope (after the game loads) and then access requests made by your friends. Click Accept to accept gifts.

will the land ever expand past the locked areas? I am close to having all mine unlocked and was wondering?
I am doing fine with everything above except on buildings needing more people than I have friends on the game. Example I am playing with 5 friends and the Aquarium needs 6. What can I do to finish this outside of having to set up a dummy account....I do not have enough cash....my cash does not build up very fast I don't totally understand this part.

@Pazel Add more friends. You might find "Add Me" pages if you do a Google search. This way you can add friends to your buildings easily.

@DanO I think it's a mini-game. The core of Hidden Chronicles is hidden object puzzles and find the differences type of games are occasional mini-games that give you bonus points.
@Jan Fields I don't think you'll have to "sign-up" for getting daily rewards. HC sends them. They send me every day. I did not have to sign up.

Is there a way to see one of the screens without having to play the game. I am having difficulty finding anything in a couple of the screens and time runs out too quickly, then most of the screen is covered then so I still can't find any of the items listed.

When my neighbors visit my estate they see some of my structures turned differently than they ar on my screen. Thr potatoe bar, the oudoor kitchen and the care takers cottage. It makes my estate looke unorganized to them. Help

This game is starting to get to 'hard' to accomplish. I really don't want to hound my friends just to complete the game. I have some many un-built things in my manor that I don't have room to continue.

Hello, the other day the format of the "scenes" page changed on my computer, and the button on the top right to get into ramsey manor is gone. is there any way to get the button back or a different way to gain access into the manor. any help is appreciated. -chris
WHen I load up HC and the help requests/gifts etc screen pops up, I have to refresh 3 times just to MAYBE be able to accept/send anything without getting a message that says "There was an error with Hidden Chronicles, please try again later." For the last two days, even refreshing has not helped and I am seriously ready to quit. EVERY Zynga game I have played has eventually made me leave because they can't seem to work out their glitches. GRRRRR.

Which buildings/structures require crew help as opposed to asking friends give you items? It is much easier to hire crew but I don't know how to distinguish which ones they are without buying them.

For the pathways, just double-click on the 'select' button! :) I discovered this this morning.
I am afraid i will be 100 years old if I ever finish this game they make it to hard to hsk friend of items you need I don't have lots of friends but I do have a few but you can only request from you Hidden Chronciles once a day the rest you have to post which is pretty useless. Also they need to give you more money so you can buy some of these things. I have started many of these games only to give up out of frustration and I know others has also.

Hello I can't get to the artifact room, even after completing all 5 trophies in every scene on the page. When I try to click the map in the upper right hand corner, there is no response.
I can't post anything for help.. Whenever I press "post for help" or "post for clues" the pop up window disappears, without posting anything on the News Feed.

On the Scene selection screen, it says finish all the artifacts in the room to reveal a clue left by Jeffery but I have done so but nothing happens. Please tell me I'm not alone with this.

I answered my own question! If anyone is interested - hover over newsfeed (top left on home page) Click on pencil icon & undo cross by post you have "hidden" then save. Hope this helps anyone that got in the same muddle as me!!

I have joined the App : Hidden Chronicles Bonus Collector. I get notifications in the top righthand to say that certain players are using this App.
I then click into this which takes me to the Bonus Collector app. Everytime it shows an error message at the bottom "Sorry you don't have any Bonus to collect" !!.
It happens everytime! When I check my friends profiles, there are so many bonuses to collect which I end up doing one by one!!! Why does this error message appear as none of my friends have any error messages on their HC Bonus Apps.?
